Founded by two top performers with recruitment, this client has grown YoY and are looking for a junior candidate to join their ranks as a Junior Recruitment Consultant.

Their small but dynamic team operates from their modern office in Twickenham, focusing on B2B sales roles, primarily within the technology sector.

You do not need any recruitment experience to apply – you will be taught everything you need to know to kickstart your career within recruitment, and just need to bring the right attitude, work ethic & enthusiasm to the role!


Role Overview:


They are looking for a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join their team and support their delivery function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in recruitment without the pressure of new business development. You will work closely with their Head of Delivery to assist with candidate sourcing, interview processes, and introducing strong candidates to their global client base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Delivery to support the filling of client roles

  • Write and manage job advertisements, and respond to candidate applications

  • Input and maintain candidate data in their CRM system

  • Engage with candidates via LinkedIn to identify potential fits for roles

  • Conduct interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment process

  • Assist with social media and marketing initiatives!
