They partner with top banks and insurance companies in Europe, focusing on a wide range of sectors, including Financial Services, Life Sciences, and IT. Right now, they are looking to grow their team and are offering an excellent opportunity for a French-Speaking Junior Recruitment Consultant.

The Role

  • Client Base: You’ll be working with major European and US clients, specialising in sectors like Financial Services, Life Sciences, and IT.

  • Candidate Sourcing: You’ll be taking job specifications from key clients, and taking those roles to market. Finding and attracting the best professionals for your clients roles & managing the end to end      interview process.

The Recruitment Process

  1. Interview with the Director of the French Team – Initial conversation to explore your skills and aspirations.

  2. Interview with the Global Director + Meet the Team – Final round interview with the leadership team, followed by a meet & great with the junior team you’ll be working alongside.
