💡 What’s the Opportunity?
You’ll step into an L&D role where 85–90% of your time will be spent coaching Associates at the desk – live performance support, sales coaching, deal diagnostics, and job flow management with the team.
You’ll own the development of new ACs (Associates), working in quarterly cohorts to drive:
Strategic deal success
Job flow generation
Long-term recruiter development

2+ years in 360 recruitment (ideally with proven BD success)
