🔑 About the Role:

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to co-manage a team of 5 Consultants, working directly alongside a seasoned Director. The company operates in some of the most active and future-proof sectors in recruitment, with strong business foundations and impressive market traction.

They’re after an ambitious and experienced recruiter who’s ready to step up or already operating at this level. You’ll need:

• A billing history of £250,000+

• Strong tenure within previous roles

• Proven experience managing people or teams

• A background in renewables, sustainability, construction, or M&E recruitment
