I’m working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Team Lead / Contract Director who is ready to take ownership of a high-performing function and play a key role in the next stage of growth.
Slightly more hands off than most roles but they are looking for someone who can lead from the front when needed. Someone who can coach, develop, influence strategy, but still stays close to the market, clients and team performance.

📌 Proven SAP / ERP contract recruitment environment
📌 Contract desk currently delivering £3.8m NFI against a £4.2m budget
📌 9% YoY growth
📌 Business delivered £1.5m EBIT with an average 21% margin

The team currently manages a book of around 130 contractors, with clear opportunity to grow this further.
The role will be focused on:
✅ Improving quality and delivery
✅ Developing consultants into high performers
✅ Building the contract function further
✅ Acting as a right-hand person to senior leadership
✅ Creating the next layer of leadership as the team scales
The growth plan is already there:
Developing consultants from 1-6 runners into bigger billers
Supporting the team as individuals hit milestones
Creating future leadership opportunities as the team grows
The package:
💰 Salary up to c.£100k (DOE)
💰 Team override bonus structure
💰 Quarterly + annual bonus payments
💰 Opportunity to earn significant additional income through team performance
🏡 Hybrid working (3 days office)
