A BIT ABOUT ME:

Joe Welsh. The Weatherman.

Why do we call him The Weatherman? Simple really. He really likes chatting about the weather. Some might call it small talk. But not this man. To Joe, it’s his ice breaker. It’s how he picks the metaphorical lock to open up a meaningful conversation.

Joe joined the team in February 2022, becoming Scouser number 3, and hit the ground running. With some recruitment experience already under his belt, he immediately took to providing a belter service to our candidates and clients.

Now he's heading up our US division, helping graduates in the US find their first roles in recruitment.

Hates: a mild climate.
Loves: any sort of weather event; heatwaves, storms, snow.
Don’t get him started.

"Joe Welsh was faultless in his approach and continued support along the interview process. Joe provided me with all the necessary knowledge I needed for each stage of my interview process. He was always there to answer and questions I had and was definitely a key factor to me being successful with my job application. I couldn’t recommend him and the team at recruitment people enough! 5 star service!"
