A BIT ABOUT ME:

Joe Welsh. The Weatherman. 


Why do we call him The Weatherman? Simple really. He really likes chatting about the weather. Some might call it small talk. But not this man. To Joe, it’s his ice breaker. It’s how he picks the metaphorical lock to open up a meaningful conversation.


Joe joined the team in February 2022, becoming Scouser number 3, and hit the ground running. With some recruitment experience already under his belt, he immediately took to providing a belter service to our candidates and clients.


Hates: a mild climate.
Loves: any sort of weather event; heatwaves, storms, snow.
Don’t get him started.
