Jake came to the RP with just shy of a year's experience in recruitment after graduating Liverpool John Moores University. He constantly worked throughout his time at uni, so we knew he had the work ethic to have a successful career in recruitment.

Something even more apparent when he made the bold move to up sticks from Liverpool and set up shop in London.

Since joining, he's gone from strength to strength. He hit his first mini-promotion in no time at all.

Keen to make the most of his new-found success, he immediately treated himself to a 48-pack of Heinz tinned ravioli from Too Good To Go - something we all had the privilege of seeing him eat for lunch for weeks on end.
