The aim of the game is ultimately to find candidates to fill in your clients’ vacancies. It is a fast-paced sales role. You will be:

  • Sourcing candidates by headhunting, advertising, networking and database.

  • Pre-screening candidates by phone, face-to-face or video call.

  • Setting up interviews.

  • Preparing candidates for interview.

  • Getting interview feedback.

  • Negotiating terms of contract.

  • Closing deals.

  • Handling any objections.

  • Developing client relationships.

  • Winning new clients (cold calling).

  • 2:1 degree is preferable.

  • Sales, real estate, business development and account management is ideal.

  • Recruitment experience is advantageous.

  • Languages are highly desirable.

  • High-level sport achievements highly sought after.
