A well-established recruitment business with 25 years of success, specialising in real estate, finance, accountancy, and business support roles. Operating from serviced offices in the heart of Golders Green, the company is looking to expand its team due to high demand and growing business. About the Role:
They are currently seeking an experienced recruiter to join their close-knit team. The ideal candidate will specialise in real estate & finance recruitment, business support, executive assistant roles (up to £60-70k), accountancy roles (from entry level to FD), and various business support positions such as admin, letting agents and property managers for some of the most well-known property brands in London. This role covers both permanent, temporary, and contract placements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates across real estate, finance, and business support sectors

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement

  • Working with high-profile clients like Savills and Winkworth

  • Managing both temp and perm roles, with an emphasis on high-volume recruitment

  • Operating with a collaborative, team-oriented approach to ensure everyone’s success


About You:

  • At least 2 years of 360 recruitment experience (experience within real estate, finance, or business support sectors is desired but not essential)

  • Proven track record of success in an agency environment

  • Able to work independently and within a small team


Working Environment:

  • Small, close-knit team (currently 4 members)

  • Relaxed atmosphere with flexible work hours

  • Hybrid working after 12 weeks

  • Serviced offices located just a 2-minute walk from Golders Green Station

  • Free parking available just 3-4 minutes away from the office


Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary up to £45,000

  • Attractive commission structure
